In case you missed it, it was a perfect start to pre-season with another hammering of LA Galaxy in Los Angeles following the 7-0 thrashing of the same team 3 years ago.

It only took two minutes to open the scoring with Rashford finishing Lingard's intercepted ball early on.
After twenty minutes, it was that man again Rashford who made it two finishing from Mata's pin point pass. Rashford who posted videos of him working hard in the gym appears to be enjoying the fruits of proper off-season workouts.
It was all United with Juan Mata and Lingard wasting chances and Chris Smalling's goal being ruled out for offside but just before the break United were on target again with Fellaini smashing home.
The boss made wholesale changes at halftime with new signings Victor Lindelof and Romero Lukaku making the first appearance.
Anthony Martial and Henrikh Mkhitaryan were also introduced and it was their combination that put Galaxy to the sword again.
The Frenchman didn't have to wait for long for his goal and he finished his with an impressive lob from a Tim Fosuh-Mensah cross.
The Galaxy pulled two quickfire goals back with 11 minutes remaining from former Barcelona and Spurs striker Dos Santos but it was too little to late with United running out as comfortable winners.
The boss spoke after the match and was delighted for the competition Galaxy offered and summed it up as a valuable training session as the pre-season heats up.
He said: "It was good and there were no injuries apart from Tim [Fosu-Mensah]. The most important thing for me was to compete and the second important thing was to see the players on the pitch in a system which we only played twice last season, so it is far from being our system but we have been working in the last two days to improve. Positionally it was good."
United take on Real Salt Lake in Utah tonight (tomorrow morning in Utah).
