Zlatan Ibrahimovic has undergone a major but successful knee surgery in the United States.

He posted in his social media pages that he's "fixed, done and stronger" after suffering the season-ending knee injury against Anderlecht last month at Old Trafford.
The striker whose contract expires at the end of the season has already began his rehabilitation in the USA.
His agent, Mino Raiola speaking to the media after the surgery stressed that Zlatan hadn't suffered a career-ending injury.
"Zlatan Ibrahimovic has undergone successful knee surgery. He will make a full recovery and has not suffered a career-ending injury," a statement from Raiola said.
"The procedure was performed by Freddie Fu, M.D, and Volker Musahl, M.D, of the UPMC Sports Medicine program in Pittsburgh.
"Zlatan has started rehabilitation at UPMC and will remain under the care of Dr. Fu and Dr. Musahl throughout his recovery.
"Zlatan and the medical team are not available for interviews at this time. Additional updates will follow at a later date."

Zlatan has already scored in 2 finals winning the EFL Cup and the Community Shield.
The striker vowed soon after the injury to come back stronger when he finally recovers, and going with his latest post on social media, he seems on course to return even fitter than before.
He has already scored 28 goals in 46 appearances during his debut season in England.
