Manchester United's 3-1 win over Bournemouth wrapped up the season in a way we've come to expect this season: bittersweet.
Here are 10 things we learned from that game.

1. What an awful bit of bad luck there for David De Gea - to be so close and yet so far. #UnFairISay #Almost 2. You saw Mata playing the playmaker right? You saw that?! I did and I was like - for nearly two seasons this guy's been... smh. So wrong, when players are played out of position. 3. Speaking of which, Ashford man-o-man! Awesome this guy. #WonderKid 4. Even Martial's substitutes score goals: Ashley Young got it. #Missedhimthisseason 5. Another effect of positioning: look how Rooney has thrived in midfield. #WhatAWasteofTalent 6. It comes round. Football comes round and after all the experiments and philosophies, it seems on playing players in position and letting the creative juices flow will give good performance. 7. I feel for Chris Smalling - to have been so good this season and then that OG. #PoleBaba aka #Sorrydude 8. What is it with Man United and first half this season? I swear it's like they are doused in cold water and have to thaw - that's the reason for such a huuuuuuuge goal difference with Man City. We need to improve first half performances. 9. That Shot Valencia made... and the keeper almost lost his fingertips! #Thunderbolt 10. When you miss Champions League spot and have to watch all that talent hung their heads... #SadStateOfAffairs --- What did you learn from last night's game?
