Why Mou needs to come to Man United...

Teddy Sheringham believes that Jose Mourinho would be a the better choice to replace LVG at Man United.

While some fans have expressed concerns over Mou's habits and fear for Juan Mata's job, I strongly agree that Mou is still United's best choice, and Man United should nab him before he goes to Valencia (although there were those rumours of pre-contract... Totally hate rumours.

I'll quote Sheringham here to make my case for Mou...

👊 Addressing fears that Mou would just come and establish his own way, I think that will not happen no matter how arrogant and high handed he's been.

Except for some cases, I think Mou will tow the line.

Here's what Teddy had to say about this: “I think he would have to understand where he’s at and what the club demands of players, but then that means getting new players in and players to suit what is needed.”

👊 Why I have always been for Mou coming to Man United... and not just beccause he pulled Chelsea from the depths of mid-table madness into an elite club... his words ring true and for all his exploits, LVG is a 'has been' and his take on modern football is nothing to write home about.

We need a capable manager to address our issues & to win trophies...“I think Mourinho would be very good for Manchester United at the moment.

I think he has a belief that he’s big enough and bright enough for the Manchester United job and I think that’s what’s needed to take over now.

👊Finally, there are other options out there... but unless we want to go the Liverpool way, what other best of the best do we have there.

Man United is not looking to make a brand, we have that. We are not looking to get status - we have that.

We want trophies and to build confidence in the team.

I think, a part from Pep who is taken and untried in the EPL, the one and only (and best) option is Mou: “I’m sure there are other names — Diego Simeone’s doing very well at Atletico to name one — and I’m sure the club are looking all over to find the best, because they deserve the best and need the best.”

Whatever your issues against Mou, and if your fears are for Juan Mata, I'll quote SAF here: "The interest of the club are bigger than those of a player - and this, was to the magnificent David Beckham".... ‪#‎YourOpinionMatters‬
